This location is very near and dear to our hearts, as it’s the very spot Prioritized Pastries was first dreamed up 8 years ago!
Prior to being the home of St Louis’ first and only all inclusive vegan and gluten free bakery, it was Pie Oh My, a beloved Maplewood institution that not only trusted me enough to hire me to help make their delicious pies, the also trusted me enough to help me start my own baking venture- and without them we wouldn’t be here today! (Literally!)

Now, when you step into this space, you’ll be greeted with the welcoming aroma of Pastries For All!
Every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 9am-3pm (or when we sell out!) you can be sure to find a delicious array of our signature all Vegan, Gluten Free, and Nut free treats- both sweet and savory alike!
We can also accommodate many other allergies in house too- just ask and we’ll be happy to point you in a safe direction!
While we’ll always have our staple items in stock (hello OCP fans!) we like to keep the rest of our in-house menu ever changing to keep our guests on their toes while surprising them with flavors, textures, and experiences many didn’t think they’d be able to have again!
Our flavors change weekly, seasonally, and sometimes even daily!
You just never know what will inspire myself or our baker Shane on any given day. You’ll just have to come in and check it out for yourself!
